What is peer to peer coaching?

A peer coach can be a valuable support system to connect with no matter where you are in your academic journey.  A coach can provide you personalized support, guidance and encouragement, helping you navigate academic challenges, set goals and stay motivated. Using the eight dimensions of wellness, coaches collaborate with you to craft a balanced approach, ensuring all aspects of your life are considered.

Emotional Wellness relates to an increased awareness, expression, and acceptance of a wide range of thoughts and feelings in yourself and others.

Emotional wellness involves adjusting to emotional challenges, coping with stress, and enjoying life.
